Very bad customer service! They tell you stuff is covered under warranty but it’s all lies! What happened to the days when companies pleased the customer? Those days are gone!
Lisa was phenomenal to work with! I ended up getting a vehicle elsewhere, but if I were going straight for best service, Lisa had it in the bag! She was not pushy whatsoever and was so helpful! Highly recommend!
Bought a brand new kia last march, i get constant trash mail and e-mail from them, apparently they still have an approved loan for me and keep trying to get me to buy another vehicle, i have called 6 times, stopped in 5 times, trying to get it to stop, im talking about 3 to 5 regualr mails a week and 6 to 12 emails a week, its been every week for over a year now, i have been told by their manager its my problem i should not have bought A car from them and they refuse to stop the harassing mails, another mistake i ... Refused to honor warranty for blown cylinder as well as refusing to be forthright about the issues.
Worst customer service ever! I found a car I liked applied for a loan, was approved for the loan. I called to ask if I could sign the loan on line and was told no I had to come in. I told them I would be there the next day, they asked for insurance to be sent to them. I called and got insurance on the car. Got approved, signed papers, signed up for an Environmental Paint protection plan Wich was said to "cover any and all enviornmental damage to paint", bought the vehicle and was told they were waiting on the title, no biggie they gave me a dealer plate. Like the vehicle,dealership and salesman leave a lot to be desired, won't deal with this dealership again, can't believe what you read or what they say. you should consider another dealer.
After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I brought my car from over an hour away (as this is the closest Kia dealership since I moved) to attempt to fix a major acceleration issue with my six year old Kia. After fixing a wire that they thought was the problem, they test drove it and said it was better. On several occasions I returned to have my front wheel bearing replaced and they refused to service it under warranty because they didn’t believe they were bad. After being given the all clear multiple times I smoked both bearing causing me to have to replace the the cv axles less than 1000 miles later. I tried to get part numbers for the replacements and they refused to give them to me and when I ordered front suspension parts from there they charged over 4 times as much for them and they were the wrong part. I wanted a car with good insurance costs, an environmentally friendly car, care free, good car ratings and I discovered it at Williams Kia. I fell in love with the Niro, told my sister in law in Tennessee about it and she bought one. The staff at Williams Kia were very patient with me, answering all of my questions, going over purchase vs. lease numbers. I felt at ease and confident dealing with this dealership. Cars on the website were not available at the dealership, and I was told a price listed on the window was not the correct price, but a was, in fact, a typo error.
We owned a 2011 sorento, went to Williams to have it appraised. we were given a fair price and we decided to lease our next sorento. We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Greg Moore. He was never high pressure and just presented options to us. We have never leased before so this was a new experience. Greg made it very easy for us. We are retired and now shouldn't have to think about car repairs. We loved our previous sorento and we look forward to enjoying the upgrades of our new One!
After losing a serpentine belt in Brevot, Mi. I called Kia service as my Serento was still under warranty, not only did they send a tow truck out 3 hours to pick me up but the was driven 4 hours south to Williams Kia arriving there at 4 am.. It was amazing . Ken Matthews the service manager knew I was there at the dealer waiting for them to open. He was a true professional,friendly,and had the belt covered by the warranty,and I was on my way home in 2 hours

This will be the purchase of my second Kia Soul. The first one was not the best service, the salesman was not the best. But I loved the car (used) and your service manager always polite and thorough. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone, no matter your credit rating or income level. I am a single, retired lady with limited income. I needed a reliable vehicle, but have "bruised" credit. Terry, the sales manager, was personable, professional, and kind. He and the financial personnel treated me well, and persisted until I was able to receive financing and drive away in my beautiful Chevrolet Sonic (aka Bella)...I will always return to them in the future. We traded our 2012 Soul for a new 2016 Soul. Our salesperson,Terry Tracey made the entire process extremely easy. He took some basic information and within 15 minutes we had a deal that was acceptable for everyone. They called our insurance agent and made the necessary changes for us, swapped out the plates and we were out the door. We would highly recommend Terry and the entire Williams KIA staff to anyone in the market for a new car.

I have given an excellent rating because that is exactly what kind of service we received. We leased a 2016 Kia Sorento. Our salesman, Terry was very respectful, professional and patient. We will recommend this dealership to everyone we come into contact with.
Dealership was helpful in finding solution to meet my immediate needs. Great sales on car never had crossed my mind. Payment higher than wanted but that's because of own credit worthiness. Fair on trade in too.
Took my Kia, that I purchased from Williams, in for oil changes. First one after purchase was told how everything was perfect and needed nothing done during their multi point inspection except a light bulb in third brake light. second time I needed rear brakes and rotors. which wasn't true and both times they neglected things in their multi point inspection that needed changed. Will never take my car back there again.
Overall we are satisfied with our purchase of a 2010 Kia Forte. Salesman was pleasant enough but it was clear that he could hardly wait to "seal the deal" and get the heck rid of us even bordering on trying to push us into something we might not want. With the exception of one follow-up call from an actual person, all communication since the sale has been via a pre-recorded message. Whatever happened to personal service? Ken has always been very accommodating to work around my schedule. We live 45 miles away and he has always checked everything that is needed and prompt with the service. I recently had a heater issue with my 2008 Tahoe and took it to Williams for repair. As a single women in Traverse City, I find purchasing and handling repair work on vehicles very intimidating-don't know what questions to ask, can I trust what I'm being told, etc. I had a FANTASTIC experience at Williams. They treated me respectfully, provided transportation while in service and returned the car to me within 36 hours. Since I know very little about cars, I am very uncomfortable taking my car anywhere. I always think they are going to rip me off. I had a horrible knocking in my car and my windshield wiper fluid wasn't coming out. (I guess a little animal chewed through the hose) I was expecting an enormous bill because of the knocking noise. Much to my surprise, my bill was only $65!!! They just had to tighten "something" and the knocking noise was gone and they just replaced the hose for the washer fluid.
